Brain Surgery - Bifrontal Craniotomy Procedure with Repair of Dural Leak. This medical illustration series pictures the position and length of the coronal incision and the harvesting of a pericranial graft from the front of the skull during surgery. Lastly, a sagittal section is incorporated to depict how the brain is retracted to access the dural injury and also how the dural defect is covered with the graft to prevent further CSF (cerebrospinal fluid) leakage.
